About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Compensation Lead to join their Global Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising management on a wide range of executive, equity incentive, and non-employee director compensation matters, including market practices, regulatory changes, and proxy enhancements. This role involves co-leading the preparation and distribution of meeting materials for C-Suite executives and the Board of Directors, as well as assisting in the preparation of relevant regulatory filings. The Executive Compensation Lead will also monitor and recommend design enhancements to executive pay programs, provide analytical support for firmwide incentive and executive compensation programs, and assist in strategic initiatives across the Compensation team. Applicants for the Executive Compensation Lead position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a background in executive compensation, with experience in financial services or consulting being a plus. The role requires excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Advanced proficiency in MS Office is essential, and the ability to deal with complex financial data and maintain discretion in handling confidential information is a must. The role also involves proactive liaison with various partners and clear communication with incentive plan participants.
