Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages.
Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients via phone, email, or chat.
Manage and update client reservations, travel documents, and schedules.
Research and recommend vacation options tailored to client preferences and budgets.
Maintain a positive, professional relationship with travelers before, during, and after their trips.
Work collaboratively with team members and travel suppliers to ensure a smooth booking process.
Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in basic computer skills; training on booking tools will be provided.
Able to multitask and manage multiple client requests effectively.
