Your Role...
As a Tax Consultant, you'll receive expert training and support to help you thrive. You'll have the flexibility to embrace your unique lifestyle while maximizing your earnings.

• Conduct engaging tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
• Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and present additional services and products.
• Assist clients with IRS-related inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with your team to meet office goals.
• Enhance your tax knowledge and expertise.

To Succeed, You Should Also Have...

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or a retail context.
• A background in a fast-paced, supportive work environment.
• The ability to commit to working 25-35 hours weekly during tax season, and up to 40 hours during peak times.

What You'll Bring...

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or the Income Tax Course.
• A knack for thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with using virtual tools like video and chat.
• Strong communication skills in writing, on the phone, and in person.
• Compliance with IRS and local state requirements.
• A high school diploma or higher qualification.
