About The Role... We are seeking a Scrum Master with strong project management and Agile coaching experience to join our growing team. You will guide Agile teams in delivering high-impact solutions for hospitals and care delivery organizations. As a servant leader and facilitator, you will coach development teams, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is passionate about Agile principles, healthcare technology, and team empowerment.
What You'll Do... - Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, etc.) (20%)
- Track and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) (15%)
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, QA, and business teams (15%)
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and team empowerment (10%)
- Support Product Owners in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog (10%)
- Ensure team adherence to Agile metrics, standards, and reporting (8%)
- Collaborate with scrum teams for smooth deployments (7%)
- Participate in PI Planning and support cross-team coordination in a SAFe (Scaled Agile) environment (5%)
- Coach and mentor Agile teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles and best practices (5%)
- Foster Agile maturity across the organization through workshops and one-on-one coaching (5%)
What we look for... - Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. in a CI/CD environment
- Proven experience leading Agile ceremonies and managing sprint delivery
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications: - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience working in healthcare IT or logistics software environments
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other Agile-at-scale methodologies
- Experience mentoring junior Scrum Masters or Agile team members
Education (one of): - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field and 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments
- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field and 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
