Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Superintendent to oversee the field operations of large-scale multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive multifamily experience and a strong ability to manage multiple projects and field personnel simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations on multifamily projects from site prep through final turnover.
• Manage and coordinate work of all superintendents, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Oversee site logistics, safety compliance, scheduling, and quality control across multiple job sites.
• Ensure projects meet design specifications, budget goals, and timeline objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and municipal inspectors to resolve field issues.
• Review construction documents, identify potential risks, and provide value-engineering input.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all project sites.
• Train and mentor site superintendents and field staff to ensure performance and accountability.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate project reporting, including daily logs, field reports, and progress photos.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience with a focus on multifamily projects.
• Proven leadership managing field operations on ground-up and large-scale residential builds.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction safety, and trade sequencing.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Skilled in scheduling tools and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
