Job Description
We are seeking an RN or LPN to join our remote team! The primary goal of this job is to enroll new patients in our care management program, which provides phone-based nursing care for patients with chronic conditions. The perfect candidate has excellent phone-manner and is a self-starter who enjoys working in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
Outbound calls to new patients (~50 calls/day)
Educating patients on the benefits of the program
Enrolling patients with accuracy covering details like medical history and current medications
Potentially explaining the program and its benefits to a family member or other care-giver
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Task-motivated
Ability to quickly and easily learn new technology
Good environment for remote work
