Salary:
The Physician Liaison will serve as the primary sales and marketing representative for ourpractices, facilitating strong connections between referring physicians and our specialists. This position bridges the communication gap between doctors, ensuring an efficient and collaborative healthcare environment.

Essential key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Surveying local primary and specialty physicians to boost patient referrals.
Conducting promotional meetings with local physicians to highlight our services.
Assisting doctors in building and maintaining relationships with specialists for patient
referrals.
Expanding physician referrals and establishing our presence within the local healthcare
community.
Liaising with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and
expressing gratitude for existing referrals.
Aiming to increase high-revenue procedures and surgeries.
Reporting to operation departments and aligning activities with our facility's marketing
goals and philosophies.
Regularly updating progress, in building referrals and managing practitioner
relationships.
Organizing and leading public relations campaigns and awareness efforts.
Traveling/visiting primary and specialty physicians up to 85% of the work day.
All other duties as assigned by Operations and Marketing Management.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. MBA or masters
degree a plus.
3+ years of experience in a manager level role.
Must have a strong brand development background preferably within the healthcare
industry or beauty industry.
Successful history in creating marketing plans and campaigns.
A team player who can build strong relationships both internally and externally while
earning confidence of senior stakeholders within the business.
Credibility and confidence to interact with senior leadership team
