As an Entry Level Sales, you will learn about our company, products, and services by going through a paid training process that will lead you to further your career. You will develop new relationships with current/potential clients handling requests and generating new opportunities.

8 weeks of paid training starting March 18th, 2024 at our Eagleville, PA location before moving to the set location applied for, either North Wales or Malvern.

Job Description of an Entry-Level Sales

  • Actively listen, take notes, ask questions, study, and understand the course material.
  • Complete study assignments, as assigned.
  • Learn and verbalize information about Volpe Enterprises, Inc.'s history, values, growth, exterior services, and sales process, as instructed.
  • Complete & achieve monthly KPIs.
  • Observe the sales process by traveling with sales representatives.
  • Investigate neighborhoods and canvass around designated areas to schedule appointments and promote brand awareness.
  • Promote Volpe Enterprise, Inc.'s services to gain opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Practice the sales process by calling on existing and new accounts; adhering to the established sales steps. (Generate at least 50 new leads/opportunities)
  • Staff, set up, break down, and set appointments at events, community days, and home shows throughout the day as requested by Volpe Enterprise, Inc. (Generate at least 50 new leads/opportunities)
  • Meet with potential clients to accurately measure, price, sell, and navigate insurance-approved leads using the Xactimate program for exterior services.

 

Salary Expectations & Benefits of an Entry-Level Sales

  • Sales Consultants average $65,000-$100,000 Commission within their first year.
    There is no CAP and we have multiple people on our sales team making over $150K

  • Available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM & Saturdays as necessary
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
