Selectek is partnering with a company located near Greenville, South Carolina to fill a Controls Engineer  role on a contract-to-perm basis. This client serves large manufacturing clients primarily in the textile industry. Candidates in this role will be focused on designing and launching controls systems.  Employment Type: Contract to Permanent Expected Pay Range: $40-$55 per hour depending on experience, prior to conversion Location: Greenville, SC Job Requirements: - 5 + years of experience  working in automation and controls design - Proficiency with Allen-Bradley (A-B) systems will be crucial - Knowledge of PLC programming from scratch - Experience with SCADA - Experience with electrical design/schematics in AutoCAD - Ideal candidates also have experience with R&D and manufacturing In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
