About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven team. The CFO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for the strategic and collaborative management of fiscal operations. This includes overseeing financial, contractual, facilities, and IT operations, and working closely with the Senior Leadership team and Board to develop and implement annual budgets that align with the company's long-range strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing people and processes, and will ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. As the CFO, the successful candidate will also be involved in financial strategy and development, assessing the organization's financial performance, and providing insights for growth and sustainability. They will be tasked with exploring new investment opportunities, managing the payroll process, and ensuring compliance with all tax and filing requirements. The role requires a hands-on approach to facilities management, IT supervision, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The CFO will also be responsible for supervising a team that includes a Controller, Fiscal Manager, and Facilities Manager, and will serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.
