About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for one of its premier addiction treatment centers. The CFO will be responsible for a range of financial activities, including monitoring and controlling accounts receivables, improving the profitability of the facility, and developing and implementing financial policies and procedures. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial leadership position within a healthcare setting, with a preference for candidates who have served as a Hospital Controller or CFO. The CFO will also be involved in preparing financial statements, providing required reporting, and participating in the annual budget process. Candidates for the CFO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and must possess a strong working knowledge of hospital financial operations and relevant tax regulations. The role demands a professional who is skilled in financial analysis, performance interpretation, and is adept at using electronic spreadsheets and databases. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other department heads to ensure the financial health of the facility and to meet the company's objectives. Limited travel may be required.
