About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. The successful candidate will be a Champion of the company's values, with a strong focus on patient care, community well-being, and the continuous pursuit of new ideas to enhance the quality of life. This hands-on role requires the CEO to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operations management, with a particular emphasis on business development, exceptional quality patient care, and fiscal accountability. The CEO will also be responsible for ensuring the hospital's compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining high ethical standards, and fostering employee engagement. Applicants for the CEO position must be passionate about delivering superior quality care and be adept at problem-solving in a dynamic environment. A Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in healthcare, including management functions in finance, strategic planning, and community education of health programs. Additionally, candidates should have at least 3 years' of operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting. The role demands a professional with high personal integrity, a positive attitude, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. The CEO will also be expected to have a strong focus on business development, including the cultivation of key relationships, and to be a hands-on self-starter capable of assuming broad responsibilities in a challenging healthcare environment.
