Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Windchill Change Administrator to join their team. As a Windchill Change Administrator, you will be part of the New Product Development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Windchill Change Administrator

Location: GRAND RAPIDS, MI

What's the Job?

• Provide guidance from a PLM perspective in cross-functional project teams to support the development of new products and modifications to existing products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate the impact and plan the implementation of engineering changes, ensuring the project team considers the impact on project timing and supply chains.
• Collaborate with various departments for Change Review Board and Change Implementation Board decisions.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of training related to PLM tools and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in the overall change process, standards, and best practices.

What's Needed?

• Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, engineering technology, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of experience as a change coordinator with Windchill applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
