Your Role:

• Conduct tax interviews with clients, utilizing face-to-face meetings and virtual tools such as video, phone, and chat.
• Prepare thorough and accurate tax returns.
• Drive business growth by enhancing client retention and promoting additional services.
• Provide additional support to clients regarding IRS matters.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to support office objectives.
• Expand your tax expertise through ongoing training and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail settings.
• A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Availability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours per week during the tax season, with potential for up to 40 hours during peak weeks.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Experience working well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable utilizing virtual communication tools efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
• Must meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
