A DAY IN THE LIFE The Store Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and overseeing a variety of store operations duties. This position will serve as a role model for all Store Supervisor and Barista responsibilities. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with prior management experience.You will also be working with the Store Supervisor and Shift Leaders to ensure that baristas are properly trained, the store is fully staffed at appropriate times, and inventory, deposits, and orders are on track!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ? Weekly product orders
? Weekly or bi-weekly schedules completed on time
? Keep the store staffed appropriately for sales
? Daily cash deposits and change orders
? Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
? Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance with established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries)
? Clean, sanitize and maintain the store
? Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
? Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
? Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary to the Store Manager
? Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
? Stay up-to-date with personalized online training
? Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
? Communicate with Baristas, Store Supervisor and Regional Manager
? Additional duties as assigned

Workdays are Monday-Sunday and Holidays. We are closed Christmas Day and close early on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
