• $40k base salary with full benefits and 401k
• Excellent commission structure earning you as much as 7%

We have Consultants that are already doing it and that are happy to share their secrets for success.**

** As a Simply Solar Consultant, you will: **

• ** Run in-home and virtual appointments **
• ** Develop effective referral/self-generation sales strategies **
• ** Generate solar system designs and proposals **
• ** Follow up consistently with prospects and signed customers to create positive outcomes for all **

** Requirements **

• ** Proven track record in solar sales **
• ** Outstanding closing and follow-up skills **
• ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills **
• ** Integrity, honesty, and a strong desire to create a positive homeowner experience **
• ** High proficiency with computers and online tools **
• ** Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekend and evening hours **
• ** Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record **
• ** Current HIS license **
• ** Ability to pass a pre-employment background check **
• ** Reliable and always available transportation **
• ** Fluent in Spanish preferred **

** Nice-to-Have Skills **

• ** Salesforce or other CRM experience **
• ** Estimating experience **
• ** College degree **
