Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the online presence of our 39 bingo halls across Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. They will create engaging content, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote our brand and grow our audience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with our brand and business goals
    • Increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our bingo halls
    • Engage with our target audience and foster a sense of community
    • Optimize performance through data analysis and insights
  2. Manage social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
    • Create and schedule content, including images, videos, and written posts
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events
    • Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive marketing materials
    • Utilize paid advertising options on social media platforms to reach a wider audience
    • Develop and manage influencer relationships to expand our reach and credibility
  4. Monitor and analyze social media performance, using analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversions
    • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
    • Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve marketing goals
  5. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
    • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the ever-evolving social media landscape
    • Adapt our strategies to remain competitive and effective in the market
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or related roles
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses, preferably in the entertainment or gaming industry
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work during events or promotional activities, as needed
