You’ll collaborate directly with high-level agents and team leaders, learning proven strategies while working active buyer opportunities. With full marketing and administrative support, you’ll stay focused on clients and closings—while a steady pipeline of leads ensures consistent activity.
This is a strong path for agents who are licensed or currently completing their coursework and want to grow with a structured, success-driven team.

Responsibilities:
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Team and individual sales and lead generation
• Convert buyers
• Convert showings to sales
• Lead follow-up
• Sales scripts and objection handler mastery
• Set appointments
Qualifications:
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• A real estate license is required
• Great communication
• Sales experience
• Must live within the greater Phoenix area
