Job Summary

Provide support and assistance to waitstaff by bussing tables and maintaining work stations in the Chicago Stadium Club Restaurantin the United Center.

Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)

80% Clear, clean and reset tables as they become available.

Must have knowledge of table numbers.

Assist in removing unnecessary items from tables and work areas throughout the Chicago Stadium Club Perform duties in a manner that is both courteous and respectful of supervisors, co-workers, and guests Assist waitstaff and secondary service team with additional restaurant responsibilities in dining room and workstation areas.

Provide assistance to Servers at all times. Deliver food to tables when necessary.

10% Set and maintain workstation before, during and after shift.

10% Follow through with appropriate check out procedures with Manager.

Take good care of equipment that he/she uses.

Must have knowledge of table numbers and position numbers. Other duties requested by management.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:

Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.

Ability to apply concepts of basic math.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Additional Physical Demands:

The individual must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for up to 1/3 of the work day. The ability to stand, talk, hear, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms may be necessary for 2/3 or more of the work day. The individual must be able to lift up to 50 pounds for up to 1/3 of the work day.
