The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a leader in the execution of core security programs such as CCTV and alarm monitoring, threat vigilance, workplace violence response strategies, and a comprehensive traveler assistance program. This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Candidates should possess a strong operational background in security, especially in corporate or critical infrastructure environments. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication models and collaborating with various security teams to ensure that staff are well-coached and adhere to current operating procedures. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Experience with security operations, including CCTV systems, intrusion detection, and a deep understanding of security regulations in banking, is essential. Candidates with a background in corporate security or critical infrastructure protection, along with experience coordinating with law enforcement and intelligence agencies, will be highly regarded.
