• Oversee global quarterly and annual tax provisions and financial disclosures.
• Manage US GAAP income tax reporting for all foreign entities.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and SOX regulations.
• Prepare global cash tax forecasts and analyses.
• Lead the tax team in preparing US tax provisions and compliance.
• Mentor and develop tax staff to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Oversee federal, state, and foreign income tax audits.
• Manage tax-related expenses and coordinate US tax operations.
• Conduct technical research to ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Work on projects to minimize tax burden and reduce effective tax rates.
• Implement new tax software and processing changes as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA, Master's degree in taxation, or Juris Doctor.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Big 4 or large corporate tax departments.
• Expert knowledge of ASC 740 (Income Tax Accounting).
• Experience with C Corp and Partnership Taxation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and OneSource.

• Master’s Degree in Business Taxation.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and statutory reporting.
• Exemplary tax and accounting research skills.
