You arrive early, review the day’s surgical schedule, and begin preparing operating rooms—ensuring all instruments, sutures, and surgical tools are sterilized and perfectly arranged. You're a master of readiness, anticipating every move and need before it happens.
\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \nDuring procedures, you are the surgeon’s right hand—literally. You pass instruments, hold retractors, manage sponges, and maintain a sterile environment with laser focus. are cool under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready for anything!

\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \nThe Surgical Technician role is a non-licensed health care employee who performs the surgical scrub role and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). These duties may include reviewing preference lists and picking the supplies and instruments for a procedure; performing a surgical scrub and preparing the back table with the appropriate sterile instrumentation and supplies; providing support intra-operatively by anticipating the surgeon's needs and passing him/her the appropriate instrumentation and supplies when needed during the case; completing the cycle by taking instruments and equipment to the decontamination area at the end of the procedure and putting away left over supplies and equipment.
