As a key personnel, the developer will be fully dedicated to the project, collaborating with teams to design, build, and implement software solutions efficiently. Prepares detailed specifications for programs. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provides technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met. Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements. Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant with the enterprise architecture and applicable reference models. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy application software/configuration for the low-code platforms. Work closely with stakeholders to meet contract milestones. Troubleshoot and resolve software/configuration issues promptly. Document code, ensuring maintainability and scalability. Position Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Java and Pega. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) Required. Proficiency in Java, Pega, and other low-code/no-code, workflow-based solutions. Highly knowledgeable in Java, J2EE, Pega, Object-Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes technologies. Strong understanding of software development processes. Ability to work within contract deadlines and deliverables.
