OVERVIEW:

As a Senior NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our NetSuite instance, ensuring that it meets our business needs and supports our growth objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements, configure NetSuite to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configure and customize NetSuite to support our business processes and workflows. Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels are maintained. Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows to automate processes and enhance functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with NetSuite functionality, working with NetSuite support as needed. Provide training and support to users to help them make the most of NetSuite's features. Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and new features, and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate. Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems and tools. Coordinate with 3rd party companies and project manage special projects. Collaborate with other teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems and tools. Responsible for overall budget and spend as it relates to NetSuite integrations or special projects. Design, implement and train new employees on business processes as they pertain to NetSuite. Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes with the intent to maximize the efficiencies with NetSuite platform. Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts to learn about other company systems and integrations to gain a total understand of the interdependencies of all platforms and ensuing business processes. Create dashboards and saved searches in NetSuite with the intent to report accurate and useful data for the company. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with 3 or more implementations. Experience with NetSuite in a Retail environment would be a plus Expert on: requirements gathering, configuration, customizations, integrations using Dell Boomi, custom records / forms, dashboards, SuiteScript Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes. Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization and automation. Module experience: financials, inventory, Advanced Revenue Management, WMS, FAM, NSPB, MRP Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: NetSuite Administrator Certification.
