What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the automation of cybersecurity governance, ensuring continuous monitoring and reporting of security controls
• Collaborate with various teams to implement security policies and standards across applications and services
• Develop a unified security controls framework that complies with relevant security standards
• Design and code modules for infrastructure and application processes, solving security and business problems through automation
• Educate stakeholders on cybersecurity solutions and drive feature innovation based on customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with security compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity data structures and algorithms
• Familiarity with Azure services, security protocols, and operational portals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Expertise in security standards such as SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO27K, SOC, or NIST
• Experience with cloud-native and open-source distributed systems
• Strong technical research skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle
