We are seeking a friendly and organized School Receptionist to join our team! This position will manage the front desk and is the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and contractors entering the campus. The Receptionist will handle inquires, answer the phone and assist with various administrative tasks Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Requirements High school diploma (or recognized equivalent) and Strong communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines Previous receptionist experience preferred Must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting check prior to starting employment.
