Are you excited by the idea of taking a revolutionary technology and making it real for customers across a variety of industries? C-Motive is seeking an Application/Sales Engineer to help customers adopt and deploy our cutting-edge electrostatic motor technology. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where your technical know-how and communication skills will drive real-world impact.

You’ll be the technical point of contact for C-Motive’s customers; Helping them integrate, test, and optimize our motors in a range of applications . From lab analysis to field deployments, you’ll be at the forefront of one of the most important sustainability innovations in modern electrical engineering.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the technical liaison between C-Motive and customers, from first interaction through successful integration
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support , including system analysis, installation guidance, and troubleshooting
  • Participate in trade shows, pilot programs, and customer demos , representing C-Motive as a technical expert
  • Assist with motor integration and performance optimization across a variety of applications
  • Conduct hands-on testing, data collection, and field troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and mechanical teams to continuously improve product performance
  • Develop technical documentation, test procedures, and product feedback loops

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in an a pplication or sales engineering role
  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Strong familiarity with mechanical systems, power electronics, and system-level troubleshooting
  • Comfortable working hands-on in both lab and customer environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Methodical, customer-focused, and driven to get things done safely and effectively
  • Experience with electrochemical systems, motors, or mechatronics
  • Knowledge of motor applications in fields like automotive, robotics, industrial automation, or renewable energy
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to motor technology and deployment
