Job Title: Safety Manager

Location: Evadale, Texas

Pay: $90k

Onsite

Position Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned safety leader to manage and strengthen our transportation safety programs. This role will drive compliance, training, and a strong safety culture across our operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Valid CDL with necessary endorsements
• Deep knowledge of FMCSR and state safety regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• 5+ years in transportation or safety management
• NATMI Safety Director certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety training and compliance initiatives
• Promote a proactive, company-wide safety culture
• Support driver hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with departments on policy updates and enforcement
• Analyze incidents and refine training to prevent recurrences
• Conduct OSHA and accident prevention training
