A typical day includes:

• Drive : You’ll cruise in our sleek 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks, providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Lift & Load : Remove unwanted items (big and small) from customer properties and load them into the truck.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leaving every customer with a smile.
• Sales & Negotiation : Assess and quote for junk removal (we provide training and easy-to-understand pricing sheets).
• Recycle & Donate: Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating items wherever possible.
• Time Management: Manage your day like you're running your own business—smart, efficient, and on-point!

Pay

• $21-28/hr AVG, PLUS AWESOME CASH TIPS!
• On top of hourly pay we have fun performance bonuses, and keep some cool finds!

What you bring to the company:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have a clean driving history, clean 3-yr 
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• A smartphone capable of downloading and using multiple apps.
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor and/or driving experience a plus!
