What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hospitality pro with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key qualifications include:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in the restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of restaurant management structures
• Proven recruiting and/or sales background
• Proficiency with internet search engines and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Unwavering professionalism, integrity, and adherence to recruiting protocols
• Self-starter mindset with disciplined work habits
