We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent couple, you will live in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and nurturing to a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your role is pivotal in fostering a consistent, family-like environment for the students while managing essential responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, flex houseparents will rotate among different student homes before being assigned to a specific home. Benefits Competitive salary of $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $165,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Work schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays allowing for personal time while students are at school. Enjoy a generous three-week paid summer vacation. Qualifications: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. This position is designed for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Must adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; alcohol is not permitted while on duty. Pet limitations apply: only fish and one dog of approved breeds are allowed. Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to qualify for certification to drive student home vans. Comfort in leading daily devotions with students and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (proselytizing is prohibited). A high school diploma or GED is required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate high integrity, as all staff serve as role models for students. Both spouses are required to complete individual employment applications.
