JOB OVERVIEW

The Replenishment Manager is responsible for managing a level of client engagement from start to finish, by working with the client lead in defining a successful relationship with the client that will exceed their expectations. This role will work with the Director of Sales, analytical, & subject matter experts to deliver recommendations to the client to help exceed in stock expectations & grow profitable sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management:

• Deliver accurate weekly dashboards to each assigned client.

• Deliver accurate OTIF scorecards weekly to each assigned client.

• Provide actionable insights that assist with exceeding in stock % expectations and maximizing forecasting productivity.

• Provide timely communication to the client’s demand planning, trans-ops & replenishment teams.

• Recommendations to optimize displays, promo ROIs and sell through.

• Aid in the analysis & development of base and seasonal forecasts and communicate to both retailer replenishment & supplier.

Project Management:

• Ensure that client deliverables are of the highest quality through a robust review process and making necessary adjustments to the resource plan as necessary to mitigate risk.

• Defines and communicate project/business requirements and plans to ensure your team and client is aligned on project deliverables, roles and responsibilities and timelines.

• Monitor project deliverable for timeliness and quality.

• Provide innovative solutions on turn-key projects.

Professional Development:

• Stays up to date on marketing processes, marketing technology and digital marketing industry developments to ensure that MPG’s programs have the highest potential for success.

• Continue to learn new skills related to media platforms and design software.

• Quickly learn and maintain proficient knowledge of clients’ products/services and brand guidelines.

• Enthusiastically takes on new roles, projects, and accounts as needed as the agency continues to grow, expand capabilities.

Financial Oversight and New Business Development:

• Identify ways to enable the team to scale and optimize quality for recurring projects – through mechanisms like guidelines, tools, templates and processes.

• Look for ways to expand our services with current and new clients.

• Provide perspective on proposals to ensure that they meet the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.

• Forecast resourcing needs and work with the client and team to drive a schedule for projects while prioritizing and using resources effectively.

• Keep track of any fiscal responsibility related to project budgets.
