Stonemark Management, a national property management company, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Property Manager to join our leadership team. This position plays a critical role in directing and guiding our property operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery, financial performance, and operational excellence across a multi-state portfolio.

Territory: Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida
Travel Required: Yes
Reports To: Regional Vice President or Director of Operations
About the Role:
This individual will provide leadership and support to site teams, while ensuring properties meet or exceed operational, occupancy, and financial goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in property management, superior communication skills, and the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute marketing and operational plans to achieve revenue, occupancy, and financial targets.
Conduct regular property visits to ensure compliance, performance, and team support.
Monitor financial and operational performance; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Analyze market conditions to determine rental rates, concessions, and competitive positioning.
Review and present annual budgets and capital plans to ownership and executive leadership.
Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Review resident applications and ensure compliance with company standards.
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for on-site management teams.
Approve staffing, rates, non-budgeted expenses, bonuses, leases, and service contracts.
Partner with HR on hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Requirements:
4-year college degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3-5+ years of experience in multi-site property management.
Strong leadership, financial analysis, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience preparing and analyzing budgets and financial statements.
Ability to travel as required throughout the assigned region.
CAPS or CPM designation strongly preferred.
