Job Description:

As a Regional Manager, you will be the person responsible for the day-to-day operations of several apartment communities in our portfolio, under the Supervision, Coaching, and Training of our Company Executive team members. This person is responsible for maximizing the potential of the communities and will ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with local, state, federal and equal housing opportunity laws. Reporting and Communicating diligence to owners, owner's representatives, on-site teams assigned, clients, residents, customers, and vendors. This person will ensure properties succeeding in all areas including monthly budgets, and our on-sites teams are trained, and all following the Chamberlin's policies and systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven Ability to Hire, Train, Coach, and Motivate Employees at All Levels.
  • Multifamily Experience Required - Minimum of 5 Years.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Comparable Industry Experience Required.
  • Certified Property Manager Certification (CPM) Preferred.
  • State of AZ Real Estate License (or in progress of obtaining it).
  • Experience in A/B/C Properties, Lease-Ups, and Renovations.
  • Proven Leadership Skills.
  • Keen in the Industry.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Skilled in Customer Service and Tenant Relations.
  • Energetic & Enthusiastic.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated.
  • Experience in Creative Marketing & Outreach Marketing.
  • Experience in Developing Property Budgets, Pro Formas.
  • Strong Financial Acumen / Account Management
  • Experience in Achieving the Highest Possible NOIs.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Outstanding Written and Communication Skills.
  • Implementation of Best Practices Including Policies and Procedures for Real Estate Operations to Ensure Quality and Performance.
  • Value-Add Expert.
  • Market Savvy.
  • Multitasker.
  • Knowledgeable in Property Management Software / Computer Programs AppFolio
  • Proven Track Record of Maximizing the Value of Real Estate.
  • Strong Organization Skills, Detail Orientation, Initiative, Decision Making and Sense of Urgency.
  • Ability to Work at Both the Strategic and Tactical Levels
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite Including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to Organize Work, Engage in a Variety of Tasks Simultaneously and Consistently Meet Deadlines.
  • Willing to travel
