A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST As a Receptionist with our senior care facility, you play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service to all those who contact or visit us. With a warm and friendly demeanor, you greet each resident and their families at our assisted living facility. You answer the phones as well as take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate personnel. When home health or hospice providers contact us, you relay the correct information or put them in touch with the right staff member. Your hard works keep our facility running strong, and you enjoy serving in such an important position!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECEPTIONIST No experience needed - we will train the right person! Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Can you display compassion and empathy toward others? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative environment? Can you balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management? If yes, you might just be perfect for this part-time entry-level customer service position in senior care!
WORK SCHEDULE This part-time entry-level customer service position with our assisted living office works Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm-7:00 pm and 9:00 am-5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
