Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Notary Signing Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Notary Signing Agent, you will play a vital role in facilitating real estate transactions by ensuring the proper execution of legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct notarial acts for real estate transactions, primarily loan signings and closing documents.
• Travel to client locations as needed to facilitate signings, or perform signings remotely.
• Verify the identities of signers and witness their signatures in accordance with state regulations.
• Ensure all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism throughout the signing process.
• Communicate effectively with clients, borrowers, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Requirements

• Active Notary Public commission in your state.
• Previous experience as a Notary Signing Agent in the real estate industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate documents and transaction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Reliable transportation (if performing in-person signings) and access to necessary technology for remote signings.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Compensation

Competitive compensation package, with rates typically ranging from $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing, based on experience and location.
