New Year, New Opportunities. RTI is seeking an R&D Financial Analyst for a proposal effort expected to be awarded in the New Year. Great opportunity to start at the beginning of a contract. This individual must have the experience· Expertise and experience in executing R&D funding. RDT&E, O&M, and PDW funding. Candidates must have a TS/SCI or above clearance and will be required to take a CI poly.
Required: • BA/BS or MA/MS in business, management, finance, accounting, or equivalent degrees • Greater than or equal to 15 years of work experience
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Expertise and experience in the execution of R&D funding. Knowledge of Financial • Management Regulations, the FAR, DFARS and internal CUSTOMER policies and procedures for executing RDT&E, O&M, and PDW funding. • Experience sending MIPRs, CUSTOMER AF-9s or DoD Purchase Requests (PRs), and or 7600s for the execution of funding. • Experience drafting or reviewing execution documentation, including but not limited to IGCEs, SOWs, D&Fs, etc. All employment decisions at RTI are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion or belief, national, social or ethnic origin, sex, age, physical, mental or sensory disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital, civil union or domestic partnership status, past or present military service, family medical history or genetic information, family or parental status, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.
