Production Scheduler needs production scheduling, ERP experience

• Proven experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and demand forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• - Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems (MACPAC AS400,Microsoft Excel, Word doc, Teams, and outlook).
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand, resource availability, and inventory targets.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to accurately forecast future demand, enabling proactive planning.
• Assess the production capacity and constraints, making recommendations for capacity adjustments or process improvements as needed.
• Optimize inventory levels by balancing production schedules with stock levels, aiming to reduce carrying costs while meeting customer needs
