Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create tactical marketing campaigns designed to expand our market saturation using multiple pay-per-click methodologies
• Conduct targeting and keyword research for future and existing pay-per-click campaigns that maximize ROI while hitting key business objectives such as calls and sales
• A/B test ad copy and landing pages to optimize spend towards conversions
• Analyze, interpret, and report on data drawn from Google Analytics
• Monitor, track, and optimize current campaigns
• Produce weekly campaign performance reports and coordinate campaign strategy ideas with marketing team
• Create and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives within Google, YouTube, and Meta advertising frameworks
• Manage multiple domains with Google and Meta ad accounts
• Branch into other video advertising platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Filter through suggested Google Ads keywords and enhancements daily

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and/or YouTube Ads
• 2+ years experience with lead generation campaigns
• 2+ years experience with a variety of campaign strategies (Lead Gen/YouTube)
• 1+ years of experience with Facebook/Meta Ads
• Is a team player with good communication skills
• Is reliable, self-motivated and comfortable with working remotely
• Knowledge of other ad platforms is a plus
• Social video content creation experience
• Video creation experience (bonus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
