Pool & Ski Haus Bartender About the role: This full-time year-round position is part of our Food and Beverage Management team. The Pool & Ski Haus Bartender is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Pool & Ski Haus Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. ensuring the bar service area is well maintained and in good working order, and that the guest experience is at the expected level.
What you will do: - Be present and ensure that professional, courteous and efficient guest service is offered, following the standards and sequence of service.
- Assist Manager in maintaining adequate equipment and product par stock.
- Perform flexible work schedules based on operation and activity schedule.
- Handle any requests in a courteous and efficient manner, following up to ensure the guest is aware of the follow-up.
- Provide quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol laws while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
- Ensure that each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.
- Assist in staff communication, training, assigning responsibilities, and any other related task.
What you bring: - 2 + years experience bartending within a luxury hotel and/or previous experience in bartending.
- Working knowledge of Micros POS system.
- Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills.
- Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest's preferences.
- Position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours: - This is a full-time position.
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
