Job Description

Responsible for implementing initiatives designed to facilitate the development of relationships between physicians and referring physicians, medical practice groups, supplementary wellness providers, and community partners. The role's primary responsibility is establishing and maintaining positive, effective relationships and ongoing communications with physicians. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions: Physician outreach and relationship development. Make regular contact (via in-person meetings, telephone, email or other channels) with an existing network of referring physicians, office managers, community grand rounds coordinators and other staff to build relationships necessary to drive referral patient volume. Develop and foster new relationships with prospective accounts. Report weekly on referral volume by channel, tracking activity and effectiveness of outreach. Manage onboarding accounts for healthcare providers through an online platform that consolidates all credentialing and compliance requirements, including vaccination records, mandatory training completions, and electronic health record access. Education: Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Experience: Experience in healthcare or sales 3-5 years required; sales experience working with physicians preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work both independently in the field and within a larger team. Superior sales and customer service skills. Proven track record of successful relationship building and ability to meet productivity targets. Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working within CRM platforms a plus. Must possess strong work ethics, communication and have exceptional analytical.
