CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia area. Please note this position is entitled to a $500 sign on bonus.* Physician Liaison CCP is looking for a Physician Liaison to be responsible for the relationship management and development of referring physicians and healthcare systems. The Physician Liaison is the primary face for building relationships between physicians' offices and our cardiologists to increase the number of patients referred to our practice locations for treatment and care. This person is the representative for our Cardiologists and bridges the communication gap between referring doctors and specialty physicians. Responsibilities Survey local primary and specialty physicians to increase patient referrals to CCP. Meet with local physicians to promote our facility's services and new offerings. Harmonize our Cardiologists' relationships with specialists and primary care physicians to encourage patient referrals. Establish new relationships in emerging healthcare areas. Discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and express gratitude for existing referrals with referring doctors. Report to Operations and ensure compliance with the marketing goals and philosophies of our facility. Collaborate with Marketing to develop patient education materials for distributing to referring physicians. Organize and lead public relations campaigns and awareness efforts. Coordinate meetings between referring physicians and CCP Cardiologists as needed. Identify new business opportunities for CCP. Report on progress in building referrals and managing practitioner relationships. Clinical background preferred. Requirements Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field. Preferable experience in healthcare. General medical knowledge, especially related to our facility's services, treatment offerings, and equipment. Travel required 100%. Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills. Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides medical, vision, dental benefits, 401k, profit sharing, LTC, generous PTO, and paid holiday time. *If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
