CVS Health is offering an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy in Seattle, WA. The role involves preparing medication orders for shipping, packing medication orders according to procedures for final delivery to patients, point of sale responsibilities for walk-in customers, customer service including answering phones, ringing out prescriptions, handling cash and checks, and assisting with customer needs. The technician will maintain the prescription waiting bin and waiting/front store area. The position requires a minimum of 6 months of pharmacy technician experience. Operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm. Requirements include an active Pharmacy Technician license in Washington or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire, previous experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service settings. Preferred qualifications include previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician and PTCB National Certification. Education required is a verifiable High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
