Pastor of High School & Young Adults Ministry

Phoenix, Arizona

Full-Time

We’re looking for a dynamic, relational, and faith-filled  Pastor of High School & Young Adults Ministry to join our team in beautiful, sunny  Phoenix, Arizona . This is your chance to positively influence the faith journeys of high school students and young adults—helping them navigate life with faith, community, and purpose.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and shepherd our high school and young adult ministries with energy, authenticity, and a heart for discipleship.
• Build and teach a Bible-centered curriculum that speaks students and young adults.
• Mentor and empower volunteer leaders, creating a team culture that’s fun, supportive, and mission-driven.
• Create spaces for connection —through small groups, camps, worship nights, mission trips, and hangouts that foster deep, lasting relationships.
• Partner with families to equip and encourage them in the discipleship of their students.
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate students and young adults into the broader life of the church.

What We’re Looking For:

• A vibrant, Christ-centered leader with  a passion for high school and young adult ministry .
• Proven experience in youth or young adult ministry 
• Strong communicator, both from the stage and one-on-one.
• Skilled in building community and discipling young people.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to plan fun, meaningful events that bring people together.
• Musical abilities or the ability to play an instrument —leading worship is a huge plus!
• A joyful commitment to the EFCA Statement of Faith
• Have a degree in theology, ministry, or a related field.
