Job Description

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit individuals to join our overnight team as an Order Selector. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role essential to getting our products to customers on time.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 7 PM - 3 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Item Selection (Picking): Navigate the warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve the required stock items from pick slots or racks.

Pallet Jack Operation (Manual & Electric)

Pallet Building: Manually place selected items onto a pallet (single or double stack), ensuring the load is secure, stable, and correctly balanced to prevent shifting or damage during transpor

Productivity: Meet or exceed established performance goals for both speed (rate of picks per hour) and accuracy (low error rate) .
