Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Order Processing Agent / Email Support. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and providing email support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, promptly
- Communicate with customers via email to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or order processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with order processing software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for sports and knowledge of sports equipment and apparel is preferred

Package Details
Pay Rate: $40-65 per hour, depending on experience
Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)
Training Bonus: $500 incentive upon completion
Work Schedule: Flexible - Full-time (30-40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
