As a Night Shift Associate at Costco, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the warehouse is prepared for the next day’s operations. You will stock and organize merchandise, clean and maintain the warehouse, and perform inventory counts. Your role is essential in maintaining the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the warehouse during non-operational hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Organize and arrange products to maximize visibility and accessibility.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet night shift targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
