Job Summary: The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the Holliday Rock premises and property. They are tasked with monitoring access points and perimeters, patrolling assigned areas, checking for safety hazards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Patrol premises regularly to ensure security and safety of the building and grounds.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or any security incidents and report findings to management.
• Operate security equipment including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Conduct security checks of doors, windows, and other entry points to ensure they are secure.
• Provide clear and accurate incident reports when necessary, documenting any security-related events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Ability to follow procedures and make quick, sound decisions in emergencies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, fire alarms, and surveillance systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Physical Demands:

• Must be available to work during various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• May be required to work in varying weather conditions, depending on the location.
• Physical demands may include long periods of standing, walking, or patrolling.
