National Sales TrainerFull-Time | Remote | $80,000-$90,000 annuallyAbout the RoleLaserAway is looking for a National Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and scale sales-focused training programs that drive measurable performance and growth across our nationwide locations. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify needs, build impactful learning experiences, and ensure consistency in sales execution.This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales enablement, instructional design, and adult learning facilitation.What You'll Do Develop, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes. Coordinate all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking. Partner with subject matter experts to design and update engaging materials-presentations, e-learning modules, microlearning courses, facilitator guides, job aids, and more. Ensure training content is brand-aligned, scalable, and consistently applied across all LaserAway locations. Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, ROI analysis, learner feedback, and performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate records in the LMS (Absorb) and internal knowledge library (Pulse). Support trainers and trainees with scheduling, travel coordination, material preparation, and post-training follow-up. Collaborate cross-functionally to align training initiatives with company goals, sales targets, and marketing strategies. Stay current on industry trends and apply best practices in digital learning, instructional design, and sales enablement. Take on special projects as needed, supporting the growth of LaserAway's sales training function.What We're Looking For 3+ years of strong sales performance and/or direct experience as a Sales Trainer, Educator, or similar role. Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. High proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; LMS experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience designing and delivering training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
