Your Role

You'll split your time between precision metal fabrication and machine assembly , with pathways to leadership roles.

• Craft and shape metals using MIG welding along with tools like grinders and saws.
• Bring assembly blueprints to life with your keen eye and hands-on expertise.
• Assemble intricate machinery, ensuring precision and functionality at every turn.
• Lay the foundations by constructing frames and preparing units for final stages such as painting and shipping.
• Maintain top-notch quality, safety, and workflow efficiency in every step of production.
• Advance your career by mentoring colleagues and refining skills over time.

Who We Need

• Hands-on experience (3-5+ years) in fabrication and machine assembly.
• Mastery of MIG welding and familiarity with essential fabrication tools.
• Keen attention to detail capable of interpreting mechanical blueprints.
• A history of crafting machine frames and structural elements.
• Someone seeking a career rather than a job.
• A teamwork-oriented individual with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with crane and forklift operations, as well as bilingual abilities in English/Spanish, are advantageous.

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift : Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
• 2nd Shift : Monday–Friday, 3:45pm–1:00am
• Competitive pay starting at $25–$30/hour with overtime opportunities.
